Weekly Meeting
August 14, 2019

A special day for our Club as we were visited by District 7475 Governor Ray Freaney.

Governor Ray outlined his plans and objectives for his 2019-2020 term, including projects to help alleviate Hunger, assist Veterans, and combat Opioid Addiction.

He encouraged our Club to continue our strong Community Service ties with the City of Elizabeth as well as pursuing involvement with International Projects.

Governor Ray was welcomed by President Syed Naqvi and members of the Rotary Club of Elizabeth.

Best of luck to our Governor, Ray Freaney!!

A great morning of Service!
August 12, 2019

A small but enthusiastic group of Rotarians spent the morning making sandwiches at the Elizabeth Coalition to House the Homeless as part of Assemblywoman Annette Quijano’s “Hunger doesn’t take a Vacation” program.

Approximately 1000 sandwiches were made and distributed!
